We strive to ensure that we make the correct decisions when assessing your claim and pay you the full extent of your legal entitlements under your contract of insurance with us. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may not agree with the claim decision or settlement amount.

If you find yourself in this situation, we encourage you to respond to us and explain your reasons for disagreeing with our decision. We will review your claim and any additional evidence you submit within 10 business days and respond accordingly. If you are able to provide further substantiation, we will consider an alternative settlement.

If we cannot come to an agreement on the claim decision or settlement amount, we will provide you with our dispute resolution procedures. This process allows you to escalate the matter further and voice your disputes and/or complaints. Our aim is to work with you to reach a resolution that is fair and reasonable for all parties involved.
